 Building boats in Fethiye is as old as the town
itself, going back some 1500 years!
Albatros Yachting specializes in the management of constructing
traditional wooden Turkish yachts. We act as the controller of yacht
construction and material supply while working with the most experienced
local yacht carpenters.
 Traditional
yachts are built as motor/sail yachts. The wooden material used in yacht
construction is mainly pine, mahagony, oak and white oak. Their masts
being made of white oak or steel. Mechanical parts are generally
imported and well known brands are prefered. Interior design is built to
the needs of the client, for either private or commercial purposes.
Depending on the yacht type, size and client's budget, the construction
of a yacht may take from 8 months to 24 months.
